These Terms, together with our Refund Policy (including our Money Back Guarantee), Shipping Policy, and Disclaimer/Waiver, form the entire and complete agreement between you and us. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or verbal.

  • Products – Press-on nails and related items offered for sale.

  • Return & Exchange Policy – Our policy on refund, return, exchange and the Money Back Guarantee.

  • Disclaimer / Waiver – Our liability and safety disclaimer for product use.

By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you confirm that you:

  • Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Acceptance of an order is at our discretion, subject to product availability.

8. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in AUD, inclusive of GST.

  • Shipping costs are additional and displayed at checkout.

  • Payment methods include PayPal, Shopify Payments, Afterpay, or other providers listed at checkout.

  • You must ensure sufficient funds for all payments. Non-payment may incur fees or suspension of service.

9. Shipping

We ship in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

10. Refunds & Return

Due to hygiene considerations for press-on nails:

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused.

  • Returns are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be refunded.

  • Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.

  • Requests must be made within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.

We aim to resolve all refund requests promptly and fairly.

11. Product Disclaimer

  • Products are provided “as is” and may vary in size, colour, and packaging.

  • Results from product use may differ; testimonials are not guarantees.

  • We make no warranties beyond those required by law.

12. Intellectual Property

This clause survives the termination of these Terms.

  • We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or services.

  • Any affiliate relationships do not imply endorsement beyond what is explicitly stated.

16. Force Majeure

17. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes should first be raised with us through written notice sent via email, followed by mediation.

  • If unresolved, legal proceedings may follow in courts of Victoria.

  • You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
