Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Press and Slay, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
✅ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If your item meets the conditions below and you notify us within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund of the product cost, with the original shipping fee NOT refunded.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition with packaging intact.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. ✅ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Bulk Orders (4 or More Sets)

If you order 4 or more sets, you can try one set to see if you like it. The remaining sets must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

The set you try must not be applied with glue or sticky tabs—it can only be opened and inspected.

If you decide to return the order, all sets (including the one tried) must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will cover the product cost minus the original shipping fee.
3. Exchanges

Customers can exchange an item for a different set by contacting us at support@pressandslay.com.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item and any additional shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

Exchanges are only accepted for items in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pressandslay.com.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item to help us assess the problem.

We will quickly evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your returned item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.

The original shipping fee you paid is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Our returns address is located in Australia.

Refunds may be partial if the item is returned in a condition that does not fully comply with the policy.
6. Pre-Approval Required
